In pandamic situation yokogawa taken good step towords employees care like given work from home, giving all the pecilities to employ while coming to company they will be social distance and thermal scaning everyone management people use to call employees to regarding helth status .... career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. Salary is the biggest disappointed work like donkey but dont get enough pay

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats became a job leader and me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

HR department should be supportive atleast during an emergency situations, like covid19, but they failed to do so. When people want to safeguard themselves from this human killing virus,They didn't care on people who work for them, they always want their buisness buisness.

First of all office timings,They say you can take flexi timings but if you come with in flexi timings then they will be like,why are you late ? Flexi is just an optional you should come on time and blaw blaw ! Moreover you can't find a friendly environment. No team work. Its almost like a jail.
