Yokogawa is very good company for GET but if you are joining as lateral then you have to struggle a lot.colleagues are very supportive, manager is also supportive but they can provide limited support

career growth is very slow, financial growth is also very slow, if you got good manager then you can stay for a longer time but if your manager is not supportive then you are gone. work life balance is mostly ok untill you are in office, On site no one will be on ur side, so there you have to survive alone.

if you want to earn more all alone then you can get lot of global sites for longer duration. As a export engineer you will have very less time for yourself and your family. Most of time you will be deputed to some remote sites.
