The company HR policy is terrible and always changing as per company convenience There is no HR policy written and shared to employees. Also Management do not believe in grooming their employees rather believe in pressured working conditions Therefore attrition rate is higher in this company. Also the work employees do here they do not get appropriate renumeration/compensation If you take leave on Monday the cut your leave of 2 days..if you take leave attached to the company holiday they mark all as holiday Now a days many company have 5 day working but here they have 6 day working If employee comes late after 9.30 they do late mark and deduct salary however there is no overtime for working after company time .. No proper promotions or increments.. So please make sure while selecting a company like this Management is very harsh towards their employees. I believe they do not care their employees rather not find a need for it.. Finally choice is yours!!...Read More
