Job Description
- Identify and target potential franchisees through various lead generation strategies.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to explain the franchise opportunity and value proposition.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the initial stages of their partnership.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Foster and manage relationships with potential franchisees throughout the sales process.
Secondary
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and franchisee interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
- Present our franchise opportunity clearly and answer any questions prospects may have.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management to track performance and progress towards goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchisees to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Financial
Interaction With Patrons And Public Physical Demands :Not Applicable - Manage and track the budget allocated for franchisee acquisition and related sales activities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements, ensuring that they are aligned with company policies and profitability goals.
- Set achievable sales that align with company goals and regularly monitor progress to ensure these targets are achieved.
Working Conditions and Environment
- Frequent visits to franchise locations and client meetings, including local and out-of-town travel, as per the requirements.
- Standard hours with the possibility of extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
