Only good thing about this company is Job security.

Everything. This is basically a babu culture company. The Directors are only want get richer day by day. They don't have any time for think about employees wellbeing. Salary structure is very poor.. there are some employees who are working here like 15-20 years and still get 30K to 35K.

Regrettably, I received an email from Bhagwati Foods pvt Ltd on 22/09/2023, informing me that they were withdrawing the job offer due to "unavoidable circumstances" without providing any specific reasons. This sudden change in their decision was both disappointing an unexpected. In my attempt to seek clarification, I reached out Hr department but received no response. I even took to social media, including Twitter and LinkedIn,, to express my concerns and seek a resolution, but my remained unanswered. I firmly believe in the importance of fairness, transparency, and respectful communication in the hiring process. No fixed salary date in Bhagwati foods pvt Ltd, no work life balance is there, totally unorganised, Hr team is useless and worthless, doesn't give value to their employees and employer's behaviour is very bad, don't know how to give respect to the employees...it would be the last option for someone to join that company!!! Terrible experience ever! No work culture they have... very very dissatisfied experience.
