Job Description
Description Qualifications: M.Com,B.Com, B.B.A. or MBA in Finance
Purpose of the Job
We re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 1.5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or private limited companies, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Primary
Secondary - Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Assist in preparing basic budgets and financial planning tasks.
- Support in audit preparations and procedures.
- Assist with GST return filing, TDS return filing, and income tax return preparation.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Follow established procedures and controls to manage identified risks.
- Work Mode: In Office.
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
