It's good company for fresher. Lot of things will get introduced in starting phase of there career. Not much work load. Career growth is much better.

Dislikes

Don't talk about pement, don't expect much. Only self motivation will keep you growing. No any kind of facilities.

The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hrs in day as my duty is 8:30 hr. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.Compensation is decent. Also senior staff don't give response many times, so feel that why I working here as sometime I giving back my suggestions. Only tell us work as not tell to where it carried, how it?
