This company is totally clueless about training young talent. They think that just going to good colleges and hiring good students is enough. The middle management is extremely mediocre with poor credentials and toxic mentality and the upper management is either too apathetic or completely cluesless. A lot of us who were the top students of our class actually got placed below the median packages of our class because we were lured in by the "TATA" name. We thought that the low CTC wouldn't be a problem because of the brand. But I would advise my juniors to not be fooled by the blue logo. Don't join if you are from a tier I or II college and are amongst the top students in your class. If you are not getting any job and have become totally hopeless then you may consider accepting a job offer from this company. They don't provide any training whatsoever. No courses, no talks, no workkshops, no sessions, no visits, no nothing. ABSOLUTELY ZERO TRAINING. They will just use you as cheap labour and give you boring and dull projects that even a 10th pass guy can do. We did not work hard for these dull jobs. Just imagine clearing JEE and studying properly in a nationally reputed college to come and work for 30-35k per month in a city like Pune doing diploma/ITI/clerk kind of jobs. They don't have sophisticated work for us (for most of us anyways). They don't even have a good budget for us. The CTCs have not been revised in the last 5 years. The work culture is also very toxic when it comes to leaves, employee engagement activities, career growth etc. It is so anti-TATA. We used to hear that the TATAs are famous for taking care of their employess. Well, not this company! If you remove the blue logo, this is a very bad company unless you have a very good department/manager etc. Keep this company amongst your last options....Read More
