I am sharing my experience in maintenance department , I don't like management and seniors over here due to which here is no healthy working environment, sometimes employees has to do double shift consecutively. On papers Working time is 8 hours but is 9 hours on actual calculation. If you are coming in A shift (6am to 2pm) that means you have done nothing now you would be enforced to work more by engaging you in some work. If you deny to do work more than 8 hours then you would be threatening by no promotion or demotion. No training for fresher just learn by your own. Freshers would be treated as experienced as per work. Everything cannot be shared so I think that's enough to know about the culture and working environment....Read More
