The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hrs in day as my duty is 8:30 hr. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.Compensation is decent. Also senior staff don't give response many times, so feel that why I working here as sometime I giving back my suggestions. Only tell us work as not tell to where it carried, how it?
