I worked in Endurance Technology Ltd, Pune (B1/3 division) from period 3rd July to May 31st. There, I was Graduate Engineer Trainee. Companey does not provide any on field trining to the new employee. They just throw in the department. I haven't equired any skill during these days except handling the people. My first Worst experience.
