Trying to improve and getting changes in banking process , adding many features all around and very vigilant about fraud and compliance.

HR policy is very poor , no support or clarity from them, all depends on business decision which makes the employee insecure and many times bias decision taken , attrition level is very high. Hiring process is pathetic.
