1) Worst HR assigned to me,she is not helpful is anyways, though expressed on mental harassment from Branch manager's end on daily basis, still HR dint do anything neither talked about it, she chose to ignore the whole things. 2) Please do a thorough check on the Manager you will work under,I got to work under a Branch Manager in Whitefield 2 called Rajesh N, the worst person in my 13 years experience to work under, he has no respect, he knows only to demotivate and mentally harassing you till you breakdown completely and if you do not cry and stay strong, he will keep torturing you with ways like excluding you from the team, not let any team member talk to you or assist you, throw you out and add you on whatsapp groups whenever he wants, ask you to come by 8 am and leave after 8.30 pm... Take 2 hours of hurdle or meeting in the morning and 2 hours in the evening and you need to stand throughout the meeting like a punishment.. He will not listen to anything you say and will not even provide the basic tea or coffee a day to any employee in the branch, so he can save that money or pocket it himself, he will not approve petrol allowance for sales team... It is a worst learning for me how to handle situation silently feel the pain of the behavior of employees politics culture is kind of nepotism there is no grade system everyone is dominating you noo professional culture very worst experience how they are treated like a labour I request to every single person don't join yes bank if you are good person plzz don't join.

SSM are using abuse language. Starting of the day they taking huddle of 2hr and in the evening also same 2hr huddle. They treating us like we are in the school. In every 1hr they call. Randomly send for the cold call and then ask for the productivity along with closure. They call to work on non working days. Every 2 months changes the branch also
