Pathetic bank with pathetic work culture. Will never recommend this bank for girls

Dislikes

Doesn’t provide safe working culture for ladies. Highly unprofessional in handling harassment cases. And top level doesn’t care about junior staff. They do have policies like don’t wear sleeveless and all, but when an employee reports a case related to the same. HR and top staff becomes ignorant about it. Had the most pathetic experience of my life in this bank.

They will make you work with no work life balance. Not recommended at all. Axis is a farrrrrr better bank to work with.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
