a nightmare of a workplace -stay far away working at yantra, has been one of the worst experiences of my life .this place is the defination of toxic,and iwouldn't wish it on my worst enemy . 1.Ridiiculous work hours:- Be ready to sacrifice your life beacuse you will be working 18 hour shifts,including sundays with no extra pay or appreciation .Personal life ? Forgget about it! 2. toxic management:- the manager named nirav are the epitome of office politics .they couldnt care less about their employess wll being.have a personal issue ? they will either ignore it or make it worse 3.unbelivable incidents:- the ceo couldn't even pay 5000 rupees to an electician for his services and the ceo ended up getting beatun up by the electician .it says lot about how the company handles money ,doesnt it? , and also same incidents likes this happens every month 4.theft and blame game : the cleaning staff steals personal items ,whether its you food or snack items or also your hard earned money (my 2000 rupees got stolen by cleaning staff).thee manager response ? blame me for keepin money in my bag instead of taking action 5. Complete Negligience:- their mismanagement got employees stranded during floods ,puttingg lives at risk .they show zero accountablity,the local village people helped us to get away from the flooded region 6.no benefits:-no paid leaves ,no national holidays nothing. its like they are trying to milk every drop of energy out of their employees before spitting them out . 7.trash pc :- imagine running a international animation studio on pc with gtx 1050ti graphics card and intel 5 gen processor , on top of that there is no tech team you to have manually repair ur pc .its like they expect 3d artist to double as it support 8.No empathy or support:- one of the cleaning staff ,a lady whos the sole breadwinner for her family ,slipped from the balcony while cleaning the floor .despite her injuries the shameless ceo refused to pay for her medical expenses or provide any help.like she was unable to walk for 3 months any there is no source of income for her during that we employees helped her financially what we can help from our side but that manager and ceo pretnd like noting happend and chery on the cake they doesnt even provide health insurance 9.this company is always hiring and its no surprise . i have seen over 20 people join and leave within 2-3 days beacuse they couldnt stand the woek enviorment .that alone should be a massive red flag. 10. they also didnt gave my last month salary and security deposit money which they take and also no pf , no salary slip so if your goinggg to bank for any loan case you wont get loan as a working professional also there many incidents which had happen with me duringg nine months working here like i can publish a book about this trash company .. if you value your mental health ,carrer and sanity avoid this company at all costs ,there are better opportunities out here just wait and take that oppurtunity .this company worth your time and effort...Read More

toxic teammates, no proper training provided to learners or interns so 0 career growth for them, kind of fraud when they comes to salary and appraisal, work environment is horrible, there is no ac, and no work life balance, u will be burdened with over work and have to clock more than 18 hours some times, they offer free food but sorry to say, no breakfast and no food on Sundays. in short RUNN!!!!
