The work environment is good and the facilities provided by the company is good.

Dislikes

The management is not good they do not value individual strength , where bucketing works more than individual strength.they will hire on payroll basis there is no job security in class health untill you became permanent employee of the company.there is no growth og learning in data analyst Department

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
