pros are if people are smart enough to impress hierarchy can get all the benefits. Only thing I got is gained knowledge about the process improved analytical skills to Improve work quality, which gave boost to my self confidence.

Hard to find growth, no job security no recognition, heavy pressure with user or associate level. Manipulative HR policies.
