I have got training from Roopa(PDAR) she gave good training on process and our manager sujjit sir also good and supervisor Shankar sir and team leader vinesh in PDAR is sooo motivating and our all seniors are good we have good environment in company,salary was good for post work life was good.PDAR team is best

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
