If you're into rigid policies, micromanagement down to the minute, and a monthly quiz where failing means you get reassigned to a random department - this place will feel like home. Favoritism and politics are clearly the norm here. Some employees get quick promotions based on who they know rather than their actual work and managerswho love to credit for your work. Always understaffed because of the worst work culture. Has strict 9 - 6 timings, and being a minute late will result in an HR call. Underpaid. No mobile phones are allowed. You can't bring your own lunch. The cafeteria food is not good and the place has leakages....Read More
