...which day will be your last working day. Overpressured job without aby Overtime. Salary deductions even if you have done any minimal mistake. Abusive Work culture where management thinks themselves as a god. No appraisal irrespective of the number of years you work here.

Nothing, I didn't like anything about this hospital

...for the management trainee duty hours is 11 hrs which is against the labour law. And salary which is given after 8 of every month. 1 minute late will cut the half day salary. Emergency sick leave is not allowed. They behave their employees as a machine not human.

Nothing I was work many things which was not done from last 15 years , but not appreciate by management. Everything is there favoritism

Many things dislikes 1. Salary not received on time 2. All department manged by new staff 3. They are not respecting to employee

Well it reminds me of jail whenever I think about working at Asian heart hospital.. specially when you have to report directly to Dr. Panda.... Good only for fresher MBA as they have to work 11 hours a day and will learn lots of corporate politics.. for career and growth it's worst place for experienced..

...ys taste worst. Mobiles not allowed inside for employees,only allowed for hods.. rude behaviour of vcmd, salary will be deducted for any silly or no reason.. there are endless list dislikes..

...he said that if you are from Tier 1 college, I would have given you good salary. But since you are from Tier 2 college, I won't pay you much. You will have to start from 19000 Rs. Seriously ? This is why we do MBA for? Then he kept me waiting for almost a day and asked to come next week again. He said all your original documents will be with me. That's so rude.

Change the staff completely. Terminate politicians of management there. Then only hospital will grow.
