Never recommend this company to anyone. As the whole top management is blind The father and his son only listen to one person facts who is the so called COO of the hospital. If any employee under the situation where he/she is fight with life. The management will say we don't have beds kindly take your patient to another hospital.

...rsa. So work done by an associate consultant is equal in quantity to an RMO. 6. Salary of RMOs come on 7th and of consultants come on 15th of every month. Why can't they pay on 1st of every month? 7. There are only 3 consultants who work from 9 to 5. 8.there is no weekly off. Duty has to be done in shifts of 6 hrs. Morning, evening, then night. No off. It gets boring. 9.only 2 annual leave per month. No sick leave or any other leave. Leaves do not carry forward at end of year. 10. Poor quality and quantity of nurses. So ultimately patient suffers. Sometimes there is only one nurse for 12 patients in HDU. So obviously doctors orders don't get followed or are followed late. 11. Ventilators, BIPAPS, NIV are less in number. 12. Administrators govern the doctors and sometimes can be bossy or rude over a night duty doctor working alone. So BDS or a plain MBBS with no experience can become administrator and boss over an associate consultant. 13.Crampy doctors room. No television or any form of entertainment or for relaxation. 14. Hardest part is when a single doctor works alone in ICU. There is no junior or senior to share work while other speciality consultants boss over you on rounds. 15. 1000 Rs are deducted per month from salary for consultant's club where coffee etc. Is available. It can not be refused. I am working now for many months and believe me I have not visited the so called club even for once. Because one never gets time and moreover the senior consultants who go their regularly never inform you of lunches etc that happen their on a regular basis.

There is nothing good that can be credited to them other than salary on time and providing maternity benefits. No job security. They have halted appraisals now days . From HR to nursing all Undeserving people holding important positions . managers / superiors will call staff for meeting but will make them wait for hours infront of their cabin . That’s the company culture here with no due respect for any subordinates.

...w in November 2020 they are keeping only three staff nurse for 15+cov patients. Reason for this is largely attributed to low covid allowance, lack of facilities, no increments and benefits and low salary package ,attrition rate plus no extra wages for working on govt holidays. They are openly violating many norms but no one to check . Neither Nursing superintendent nor HR head has ability or mechanism or will to stop attrition rate .In last 5 months Nursing superintendent never visited covid ward . while HR never addressed the issues regarding poor working conditions of the staff nurses .while CEO don’t care about it . Other hospitals are paying Rs 1000 per day as covid allowance while they are just paying Rs 200 per day as covid allowance to nurses on covid duty . Pathetic food being served in the canteen that too with no subsidy. No reward or recognition or any value given to skilled, hard working and efficient work . In nursing dept people are promoted not on the basis of skills and experience but on the appeasements . Yet HR manager has nothing to question. No nurses like to work here due to exploitation and no growth Many resigned and few nursing staff remaining there either waiting to see change in the paralysed system or waiting to put up their respective resignation. How come all these discrepancies aren’t noticed by NABH before assigning NABH status ? New joiners resign immediately within months . Staffs and their family aren't given any free treatment .

Dirty politics in the department HR and Management not cooperative Bullying from senior dietetians. Hectic Work load Mental pressure If your shift gets over on 6 . Still you have to leave at 9 because your seniors don't complete their work and leave early. And if you don't complete the work you will be targeted and blamed. No job security. Not allowed to attend the HR training session by the Senior dietetians.
