As experience for 3 and half year of the work with wuerth was very special jiurney. I was my 1st job in direct comapny payroll. So mostly things are for me, were new. As a sales driven company wuerth makes policies fo the last row of employees. If you are capable than no one disturbe you. Hr department here is very irresponsible and unsupportive after you left. It's a sales driven company so you have to very selective to choose freinds here. It's is a very pure corporate minded peoples here. Only business and profit matters here.

You are the only here to support yourself. Don't think anyone else guide you how to play. You have to stick on the pitch and keep scoring. Thats all...
