The whole management team (or 70%) was very good to me but some of the people and two of the managers very really rude to everyone including me. Management was not what good and couldn't handle the situation where they found that the manager was doing something wrong.

Very few people seem to be helpful and guiding new employees very well. Motivation speeches (only in war room not on field sales)

1) HR policies- HR team is very poor they did not giving any support to employees, even not responding on time. Travel policies are very poor employees required to spend money from their pockets. ₹2.75/km for bike, if we consider in metro cities traffic which bike is giving 40-45km milage. As per their policies they have to mentioned to use particular names of the bike or car. Even any one raise this point to hr they clearly told as they are giving incentives. Funny thing is any queries related to expenses they have one and only answer Is they are giving incentives. 2)Management- Top management did not focus on field operations and strategies. They are digging a well when they become thirsty.. There is no concrete decision taken by top management. All are busy in inner politics and securing their positions. This company is so toxic from the top. Management doesn't even know what the want to achieve. They focus on tactics when there is no strategy. Everybody sitting on top is incompetent. They have no idea how to run a department forget about business. Everybody is just lip service. No strategy, no mission and then they don't know what to do with employee. If you are good at extreme buttering then you will get great hike and promotions. It is a toxic company.
