I love this university but lot of internal politics and toxic work environment .

Woxsen University has significant potential for growth, but it will face challenges unless it hires more international faculty. The leadership is lacking, with a "high hiring and high firing" policy in place, alongside a problematic leave policy. Many students are unaware of what their deans look like, as the deans are more focused on internal politics than interacting with students. The university’s infrastructure is one of its few strengths, but there is a lack of coordination and student-faculty engagement. Many faculty members are from the North or international, which can make it difficult for students to follow lectures, and despite numerous complaints, the issues are not being addressed. The situation is even worse for faculty and staff. Many employees stay due to financial obligations such as loans and EMIs. In fields like business, technology, and science, faculty members are expected to follow orders without question. There is a concerning issue in the School of Science (SOS), with the Dean, Daya Sankar, treating faculty and staff poorly. Despite multiple complaints, the management turns a blind eye, with the Vice President protecting the Dean. The atmosphere at Woxsen, especially in the School of Science and the School of Technology, is toxic. Recently, about 60 faculty members and staff from the South were dismissed due to internal politics involving the Dean of SOS. The situation is critical, with leadership issues, no focus on well-being, and a culture of fear and manipulation. The Dean of SOS lacks adequate experience, and the entire system needs a complete overhaul for the university to thrive. The administration seems to be ignoring the struggles of students, faculty, and staff. Instead of addressing the challenges faced by the university community, they prioritize external promotions and advertisements, leaving internal issues unresolved. The best part about working at Woxsen is amazing people i get to work with. I've had the privilege of being part of the most supportive team in my carrier additionally, The exposure to working with international colleagues has been a huge bonus, Allowing me to learn and grow in a global environment.

I don't have any dislikes as of now, Woxsen was my choice and i don't regret it choosing Woxsen and I'm happy working here.

The best thing about woxsen University and the management is that, hard work and dedication is recognised quickly. The management encourages a lot, all its faculty members to do research in all aspects and getting the funds granted. They facilitate foreign exchange program, where an expert faculty can go to any foreign university with whom Woxsen has bilateral relations and they can teach to the foreign students, in their respective university. The total expenses are being taken care by the Woxsen University. The Woxsen University has got the best and outstanding Infrastructure, Asia's Biggest Bloomberg's Lab, one of the Biggest Library in South India. Woxsen University is the only university to provide and facilitate, world class kind sports facilities with FIFA certified foot ball ground and out standing all sorts of sports facilities. The residential flats are almost 4 star rated with very good hygienic food is being served at Oval ( The dining place). In India, where most of the universities offer limited food etc., but at woxsen unlimited hygienic food is being served to every one. Complete freedom of work, nice support of managers, seniors and other departments. Absolutely NO politics and transparent work culture. Highly recommended to join Woxsen.

there is no management,no professionalism i am sharing my personal views kindly do not join this university first of all the location is very far away from city approx 70 km from hyderabad if u opt to go with bus the total time you are dedicating to university is 7 a.m to 7 p.m .no professionalism,there is very high level politics they will always do partiallity between south and north people also they favour telgu group.second deans there are just like acting dean HR and VP can throw you out at any point of time without any valid reason nor any prior intimation and notice period no recognition no appreciation long working hours toxic enviornment its a scam running by some people dont get trapped...Read More

- They provide good quality food during academic year starting and after that it comes down - Salary on time - Dr. Raul V Rodriguez is a great person. He works very hard to establish this University. He is really a great person. But many members of his team are incompetent. These members do less work and more other kinds of work. These members make group in the university and create fabricated stories of good hard working employees. Finally these good ones succumb to politics and left organisation. - The people who live inside campus do only politics but not work. -The people who live outside campus they need to travel so they don't get time of politics. - They have one Sister In Law of top authority. She only insult of educated faculty members. In fact, she is uneducated and not deserve such a responsible position. - Many top authorities don't have sufficient numbers of years of experience to lead the department. These authorities also do the investigative calls to other employees. These people thrive on their deployed spy in each department. - Each department has one person of higher office. This perticular person does less work and more other kinds of works. - You are fully monitored through cameras. - Hiring and firing is their best practices. - Incompetent leadership gets accommodation inside the campus while competent person live outside - Gender imbalance does exist. The other gender creates issue for good people. Try to understand this point. - Serious issue regarding quality of faculty. So numerous complaint by students about class room quality. - They give a lot of trouble during your notice period. - They don't have healthy work culture. - People do the fake complaints. Some people made fabricated stories to eliminate others to capture and control office. - Good people don't get what they deserve while others get what they don't deserve. -Each company has some pychopant. They have many jobs like circulating fake information, writing five star reviews, making fake friendships, demeaning others in front of top authorities etc. - They hire white and black people. Black people from Africa and White people not from America and Europe. All of them don't know anything about Indian education system. Indians do work on behalf of them. Some of them are only for walking and talking. - It is a university which hires PR people. These PR people even don't know about basics of the university. - These PR people make laughing comments about other good University. Well done job PR people. - They are obsessed with only promotion, but the real marketing. They show you everything but not the space where faculty members sit. - They show that they have 120+ international partners. If we bring good initiatives for the student and faculty welfare, management will support us. Whoever is having more hunger in building their profile and developing their skills, woxsen is a right place for them.
