No appreciation for hard work, No fixed salary, No reasonable salary increment. the Boss is always the right culture, Not a good place to start your carrier. Too much politics. Gender-based biased is there during the increment cycle.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
