Worley is a very good company to work with. It offers flexibilities to their employees. Wirk culture is extremely good. Several mega projects are being executed here. Worley ‘s value and culture is highly appreciable. Worley is doing several sustainable projects. Overall a very great company to work.

Good for new comer and trainee who can enjoy the ambiance and training program and get prepare for their future plans.

Dislikes

All project are work share no direct projects. Management very much interest in man-hour business with very little interest for project technicality. Decision making skills shall not be develop as its like back office.

Worley is industry leader and is one of best organization to work for.. Advice for Worley management is to organize more recreation activities to improve efficiency.. No major Cons as of now..

Company is good but Pakistani management monopoly working in company thus the company output is on downtrent.

Dislikes

Worley employees are sideline and Jacobs management monoploy is working in company. Worley image, name and fame is on downtrent due to Pakistani management sitting on top honorable position and good for nothing.
