Having said this, we're extremely sorry to read about the dislike of our job security. We do have a job security policy that many employees embrace. It's rare for a client to terminate an agreement, and the situation you described likely occurred during the probation period, as our policy goes into effect afterward. Nevertheless, this review offers us an opportunity to further improve in our aim to become the most-loved employer in Pune and Bangalore.

However, we’d like to clarify a few points. Firstly, the claim that we’re an "HR-based company"—this is not true. In fact, we recruit on behalf of our growing number of clients, mostly in the Netherlands. If the client decides to work with a candidate, we offer that candidate a job within our organization. Secondly, regarding our organizational structure: yes, we are a flat organization without any managers. This is actually one of our USPs and a key reason why our current workforce appreciates working here. Lastly, office politics is simply not part of our operating model!

45 hours/week. Salary on time. Good work environment.
No job security. They hire people for particular clients and once the project is done, then firing the employee is what they are going to do. In fact they will make you resign. Career growth will depend on the client. But do not expect anything from the company. They just hire and give to the client and enjoy the commission. Thereare variable payment. They hold a part of your salary and give you as variable payment. They advertise that as they are giving bonus to the employee. Even though you worked hard and performed well in the year, they have created new policies to make sure that you won't get the variable component as you expected. You have to do social activities that too with companies logo and submit the photo as proof!. Holding our money and asking us to do advertisement for company to get that money. Pathetic! The variable bonus evaluation was actually depending on performance and working hours. But suddenly in the changed the policy and added social activities and attending seminars in to the evaluation process!!. It is good to encourage people to do like that. But they introduced the new policy in the middle of first pandemic lockdown when every body was staying inside. There is no trust between management-employees-client. They hide lot of things between employees and clients....Read More
