This is the feedback we love to receive: partly positive, but also inspiring because there’s so much more for us to improve in our aim to become the most loved and employee-centric employer in Pune and Bangalore. Thanks for highlighting one of the many reasons why a lot of employees have been working for/with us for a very long time. In fact, the retention rate at WorldEmp is very high. Having said this, we're extremely sorry to read about the dislike of our job security. We do have a job security policy that many employees embrace. It's rare for a client to terminate an agreement, and the situation you described likely occurred during the probation period, as our policy goes into effect afterward. Nevertheless, this review offers us an opportunity to further improve in our aim to become the most-loved employer in Pune and Bangalore.
