Even after having agreed to take 50% salary cut in effect from the first day of lockdown, they have not paid for people their salaries of April, May and June. Eventually they asked people to work for free until things return to normal. It was the case of Senior most people in the organisation. As for the junior and mid level staff, they sent them all on unpaid leave without even paying their Salaries for the month of March. I like the guest service , new ideas & operations and efforts followed, good work environment all are supportive ,company policies are good.

Timings are not proper and salary is very low

Job is good! We have to attend all the guests over there it's a kind of hospitality level of company and have to handles all the accounts and remind it all to the owner and guest stays over there and everything is charged on an hourly basis .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
