Even after having agreed to take 50% salary cut in effect from the first day of lockdown, they have not paid for people their salaries of April, May and June. Eventually they asked people to work for free until things return to normal. It was the case of Senior most people in the organisation. As for the junior and mid level staff, they sent them all on unpaid leave without even paying their Salaries for the month of March. All in all, the most worst place I have worked at in a career spanning over 16 years.

Dislikes

The management lacks vision, the director is terrible at leading people and above all insensitive to the needs of his staff in the organisation.

Likes

Absolutely nothing except a couple of good colleagues.

Dislikes

The Boss is a big liar who knows nothing about integrity, honesty and transparency. And the way he treats people in the team speaks volumes of character as a human being.
