Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? - There is nothing to like about this bane of a company. - It follows Hire and Fire policy(Just check Linkedin, how many people have left/fired within short period of time). - They follow this strategy more with freshers.
