Dislikes
Nothing. Every place has its own vibes and Comfort and Discomfort it's all depends on the person who is working there. I think we should always focus on learning instead of thinking about the working place. I thing everyone must work with the Honesty and the Loyalty. Place should not be a hindrance in order to do what you really want to do.

A job at WHI exposes you to the entire spectrum of activities that a social work and research foundation can have. You go in knowing nothing and come out with an incredibly intricate understanding of research, policy and administration which you will not find anywhere else. The salary is decent and the organisation does not make youwork overtime. The employers are ambitious and expect a lot from you. They belief that their work is changing the world is often amusing and even surreal, be it a big water supply project funded by worldbank or sometimes even organising workshops for five year olds. So if you are in this organisation, you'd be working with people who are intriguing and are truly a work of art. Think of the initiative and eccentricity of "the Doc" from Back to the future and the optimism of Dale cooper from twin peaks....Read More

Lack of space is one thing which many people might find uncomfortable about this place. WHI is also the research support organisation for a school which function in the same compound. If you work in WHI, you will have to work closely with teachers to develop and reform the curriculum, classroom methods and so on. As a result, there will be a lot of multitasking to do between projects, meetings the day to day office works of WHI and even the school. Everything works in close deadlines. While you are at it, its a packed house and not something which everyone can handle all at once....Read More
