They had reduced our pay scale without any prior intimation; not a mail nor a forward message on our groups.As many are paying high amounts to Doctors at this stage; Wockhardt being in huge profits still had cut down our salaries. There is huge delay in salaries right from start of the job here. A month salary is paid to us in the next month end which is very terrible experience. Few months they pay us very very late say like for 3months. They had cut lot of tax for me filing wrong tax sheet....Read More

The only thing was that Some Outsiders Entered in company and they disturbed the All Loyal Employees who built up wockhardt . During that period promoters would have intervened n Retained their loyalty people. Otherwise there is nothing which any of ex employee with dislike anything about Wockhardt. This was the most Admired Company

The payment is very poor no growth for employees. The HR's is very bad they don't hire .they give chance to the known to them peoples. I don't get chance I want 1 year apprenticeship.
