Wissen has no policy, company is run by bunch of technical people. No accountability in seniors of HR, they are puppets in hands of management. They have MNC concept of HRBP who will not be there when employees are fired, managers are not aware, any random HR comes over a call and argues with employee while conveying that they are fi red from job, no empathy or doesn't even know how to talk. Management here talks of IIT IIMs but HR itself cant speak a line without adding thousand nouns. Nothing, this company is notorious and has some highly rigged/manipulative policies against its employees with respect to gratuity, PF, notice-peroid etc.

This company is torturing those employees who quit, they increase the notice period randomly as opposed to your notice period mentioned against service letter, suppose if your notice period is 2 months they force employees to serve 3 months once you put down your papers. If you are out of the client project then suddenly you can noti ce that the notice period is no longer applicable to you any more, they ask you to leave the very next day, they don't have any client project with them to arrange for any interviews while you are on bench. Company off late adding lots and lots of fake and positive reviews in public forum to maintain a good image, so don't fall prey for it, some times employees are asked to share the screen and submit a very good review with 5 stars. No job security, even senior resources are getting fired left, right and center once they are out of client project as Wissen is not able to provide any interviews for its bench resources. People are abused by their Wissen managers if they ask for more hike, and they compare you with other resource and make you feel ashamed for having such conversation<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Conversation with regards to salary revision/correction is not encouraged by Wissen management</mark> No respect for employees, employees are continuously threatened and micro managed, there is no such thing as employee friendliness as far as Wissen management is concerned. mid sized company it hires people based on the client needs but with current scenario of downsizing and cost cutting it is expanding the clients and trying best

They have a very good work culture where everybody has to code, and someone will be ready to help you when you need it. Compensation and benifits are very good. They pay variable pay and bonuses up front, very rarely I have seen it in any of the company.

Client centric. Always does things according to the client only.
