If you are fleshier then its fine to relax for some time and catchup with your career but if you join as experienced professional then no growth and lot of middle management politics. If you are at high salary then you may be removed without notice if you are not billable for few days as well poor work life balance. Job security is very poor and no bench policy.

Nothing is good about Wissen infotech. Payroll company which doesn’t have proper ethics. I would say everyone not to choose those company for contract work.
