First of all if we talk about the work it was quite learn-able and the team mates were quite supportive in sharing the knowledge and maintained friendly environment too.

Dislikes

The one thing i don't like is job security, i joined as a fresher in the company but my journey lasted only for 6 months because the project which i worked for did not renewed this year although the company is handling this project from the last ten years, but as per my point of view i suffered with less experience and also as there are no enough vacancies to shift me into other projects. so i had to resign which i didn't expect as a fresher. so as per my point of view job security is also not good....Read More

Teammates were good, company always keeps on hiring freshers so job security isn't there. Appraisal and salary is ok but company don't give incentives even after promising! They deduct certain amount of money from salary on the name of PF...Which is actually not a PF... Nor do they pay interest on the amount which is blocked.
