First of all if we talk about the work it was quite learn-able and the team mates were quite supportive in sharing the knowledge and maintained friendly environment too.

The one thing i don't like is job security, i joined as a fresher in the company but my journey lasted only for 6 months because the project which i worked for did not renewed this year although the company is handling this project from the last ten years, but as per my point of view i suffered with less experience and also as there are no enough vacancies to shift me into other projects. so i had to resign which i didn't expect as a fresher. so as per my point of view job security is also not good....Read More

The best part of this company is its employees. It focuses on hiring youth talent ,so majority of it's employees are teenagers. Sometimes the project it takes doesn't give the expected outcome which indirectly affects employees performance.

I contact the channel partners and generate walking on site..attend the clients and push them for closure..also follow up the after sales CRM until the Payment is clear and loan is disbursed.
