... were good, company always keeps on hiring freshers so job security isn't there. Appraisal and salary is ok but company don't give incentives even after promising! They deduct certain amount of money from salary on the name of PF...Which is actually not a PF... Nor do they pay interest on the amount which is blocked. Career opportunity is good for sales if smart enough to survive or be in good books, worst politics in company.

SAP Delivery Managers (Raghavendra.N & Ramabhupal Reddy)consume alcohol and come back to office on weekends by chewing Bettle leaf. Raghavendra use consultants for his personal works like dropping at bus station or railway station, asking them to bring dinner when he go out for liquor consumption, then only a employee will get good appraisal and on-site opportunity to visit USA, whether the consultant is tagged to a project or not.

First of all if we talk about the work it was quite learn-able and the team mates were quite supportive in sharing the knowledge and maintained friendly environment too.

Dislikes

The one thing i don't like is job security, i joined as a fresher in the company but my journey lasted only for 6 months because the project which i worked for did not renewed this year although the company is handling this project from the last ten years, but as per my point of view i suffered with less experience and also as there are no enough vacancies to shift me into other projects. so i had to resign which i didn't expect as a fresher. so as per my point of view job security is also not good.

The best part of this company is its employees. It focuses on hiring youth talent ,so majority of it's employees are teenagers. Working with young talent is truly fun .It follows open communication and team work which makes it what it is today. If you perform good.. wisemen will make sure you live your best life.❤️

Sometimes the project it takes doesn't give the expected outcome which indirectly affects employees performance.
