Its work culture and opportunities which gives you job security with peace of mind, colleagues were awesome i use to had lot of fun while work or in my my free time, there was a time when wipro use to give good appraisal but simce two years that comes to a very low. Otherwise its good company....Read More

Transport system, cafeteria, appraisal system if u get avg or below rating that will effect next year's performance too,
