Zero percentage hike, no promotion, work life balance seats in hell, no respect, HR harassment policy is only for name, zero supports we get from HR, South Indian upper-level management people ruling on people they think they are boss/don of the company

Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

I wasted 6 years of my life working with Wipro, they might be giving high packages for the people who are coming up with good experience but the employees who are working with Wipro from years they will still get paid very low salaries

Worst Management Team. Specially Team Leader they are thinking he is the owner of the company. Subhajit Dey in Elevancehealth insurance Team Leader always came late in office. Hr team is the Worst team in kolkata location.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment.
