Wipro is a platform where you get lots of opportunity to learn, although compensation is not handsome but its not poor either. I got a very good client, was deployed for 7 years, gained all my experience from this project. As it was my first job n first project.

Dislikes

Too many unneeded training and the overall turn around for internal wipro issues is slow.

My entire experience of wipro is based on the project i was deployed at. And it was very good. Although we had work pressure, but we were given good opportunity to manage our personal life.

Wipro has a culture with very positive ethics and the bonding withing departments and teams really makes it the place to work. Transparency with policies and process is also well defined. All process, policies and standards are listed well on a portal which is easy accessible.

Need to revisit employee benefits and raise standard a level higher to have a productive and healthy work environment

The company has incredible potential coupled with the right set of policies and control measures to set through a long sustainable growth.
