In Wipro liked everyone should be treated equally, no need to call by saying Sir, Mam, & Boss. Working environment is so good.

I was there in coimbatore for 1 year in GCC project, I didn't liked the working environment because of the delivery head of GCC, He is torturing, when I tried to complain to HR, No action taken from HR, He said He is a very good person we can not take your compliance. Apart from this, also At the time of appraisal, manager will givesome excuses to not to give full rating, He will always say that, we are not allowed to give you full ratings because of upper level of people said it, but I am really satisfied with your work....Read More
