There is no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. They are not giving good salary hike and bonus every year

Wipro is a good organization but only for those who are on roll employees not for contract employee...in Covid19 they are asking for work 12 hours in a day on same salary...no salary increment here I'm working in Wipro from last 3 years on same salary even they don't give any Diwali Bonus or gift as they r saying it is again Wipro policy.... This was my first company. It helped me to learn and improve the basic skill set. Teammates were good so is the work environment .

Dislikes

No career growth & opportunities., just doing the usual things. Poor compensation & benefits. Terrible job security. Uninformed site visit assignments.

Generally speaking, I managed to develop my basic skill set from this company. But then our day to day work got bit tiring as the task included were slightly repetitive. But as long as I get to work closely with support it will be great experience.
