Everything based on management. I have been spending more than 7 years. I see three management change. I realized all of above management plays a big role. If they are good your good if not bad.

Toxic management. No Job security. Appraisal and promotion policies are very poor and hardly you will get only single digit appraisal even if you get the best rating.

I worked with great leaders. I have learned a lot about taking calculated risk. Which is very crucial for self development.

Dislikes

Working in Wipro BPS was a great journey of self improvement. However, the benefits or appraisals are poor in Wipro BPS. Which need to be improved.

Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package....Read More

Wipro has many projects for technical support profile but the candidate should have been informed about what all things will he/she as an individual will handle. How much of in hand salary will be received. Is hybrid mode available for the project which the individual is greeting tagged to. Manager employee concerns should be addressed by BHR’s which is not done.

Infrastructure and environment are good. PAN India some times not suitable for peopelr having families and kids education.

Dislikes

1) Senior peoples are mad there (Not all few of them) . They are just becoming LEGACY in the industry. 2) People do not get chance to work on technology they are hierd for and experts rather they put down in LEGACY. 3) HR is a person who takes care of HRD. But they are just time pass there.

The bench system , even the management does not clear all the process with employee , if the project yet to come still they hired people and moved on bench and not giving them salary, WFM team doesn't respond you if you moved pn bench , there no clear communication with employee and management/HR they just ignore peoples questions
