Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. Whole company is worst the work culture the people mentality they have hired most illiterate people as managers and sme who don’t even know how to speak English better to avoid this company at any cost

Work culture is cool in my project. Only fixed time and no pressure for me but others in some projects feel have huge pressure. Allownaces are good so can be used. Huge priority on mental helath.

There are lot of dislikes no hikes no promotion from 4 years.

For freshers it's best for learning.

Dislikes

Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.

Overall it's a good company with fixable working hours.

Drawback is company gives excellent Overtime but the increment is so bad because it gives excellent Overtime but what about those who don't get overtime based on their workflow if they don't have enough work or workflow inventory so that they can get overtime.

Wipro has many projects for technical support profile but the candidate should have been informed about what all things will he/she as an individual will handle. How much of in hand salary will be received. Is hybrid mode available for the project which the individual is greeting tagged to. Manager employee concerns should be addressed by BHR’s which is not done.

Infrastructure and environment are good. PAN India some times not suitable for peopelr having families and kids education.

Dislikes

1) Senior peoples are mad there (Not all few of them) . They are just becoming LEGACY in the industry. 2) People do not get chance to work on technology they are hierd for and experts rather they put down in LEGACY. 3) HR is a person who takes care of HRD. But they are just time pass there.

The bench system , even the management does not clear all the process with employee , if the project yet to come still they hired people and moved on bench and not giving them salary, WFM team doesn't respond you if you moved pn bench , there no clear communication with employee and management/HR they just ignore peoples questions

Only learning is good as it provides various sources to learn and grow personally

Work culture, Promotion, Working hours is more, working on even Saturday and Sunday, No work life balance, Salary is very low as compared to market.
