I have worked in IT Support -Networking. The Infrastructure is good, You can learn alot . Job will be secure. Unlike Companies like IBM, Wipro will be having many International Projects where you will have a lot of Devices in the infra . The company policy is Good. They do have Learning Platforms like udemy which you have access free subscription .

Likes

providing various digital trainning to learn..but providing poor appraisal. However, ir depents on project also, over all will consider other company very low.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
