Only Compensation but Work Culture and Management is disaster they will ruin the compnay soon. Also am not surprised that this company is acquired by some other company.

No Job Security at all. No Ethics. Management and HR management is worst I had experienced in my career. No work life balance. Dont Apply or Join this company.
