According to my experience all machinery for work are new technologies, senior management are co operative, providing time to time training for smooth working.company policies are very good also.pf,bonus, ex-gratia,esi and providing other benefits as per hr policies.

Politics in the internal department. Old persons in production and engineering department never like the new joiny. Culture for working is not good as old person from Uttarpradesh are sat here from long time around 25 years. Most of the persons are bribe taking.
