A lot to like. Am an ex-employee. Spent 6 yrs in the organization. Net net had a good experience. Very supportive company. That's why they survived for 200+ years.

IT is like call center . Don't join service desk as L1 role, Pure calling process even for bios break you will need to update , you wont be able to attend your personal call as well No Work from home, even Saturday and Sunday working rotational 3 shift , morning ,afternoon, night

Having your opinion heard while working with experienced and senior professionals is one of the best things at WTW. The support the manager and the seniors in the team provide is really a blessing. Having a good work life balance and the number of PTOs here are great as well.

Too much office politics, manager's spoons are given promotions. Too much time tracking and managing humans like robots.
