The Company is good in facility provided to there employee's. Day to day updates of the company is the provide us through E-mails. Customer care facilities is very good, HR support is also helpful and supportive. After joining this company my skills also get more improve. It gives me self confidence and good knowledge to improve my skills.

Dislikes

The Company management is very poor. Specially the person who has been appointed at manager level, they speaking level is good there attitude is also good but what about practical work. They do not slove there under working employee's problem. There expectations from us is more but our expectations from them is not good. They appoint anybody on senior level Post but what about the hard working person who is giving there 100% to the company....Read More

Work Details

I am working in RF department. Where my work is to pull out the document from mail and give it to senior level office of HSBC staff for process. I also have to maintain proper filing the document, etc

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
